Therapy provides a safe, confidential experience in which people can explore aspects of themselves that they may find troubling or confusing. People learn how to identify and change the feelings, patterns and behaviors that may adversely affect their lives.

People come to therapy for all sorts of reasons. Some may
feel sad, anxious, angry, worried or stuck. Sometimes people have certain
feelings or self-destructive thoughts that are hard to shake. Sometimes
the everyday stressors of life are painful and difficult to manage. Sometimes
people simply need someone to listen to them, and to help them sort through
their feelings and experiences.
